BRIDGWATER NETBALL CLUB
CLUB RULES
Bridgwater Netball Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members. The Club believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators, volunteers and parents associated with the Club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the Club.
As a member of Bridgwater Netball Club you are expected to abide by the following club rules:
- All members must play within the rules and respect officials and their decisions.
- All members must respect opponents.
- Members should keep to agreed timings for training and competitions. Senior members must inform the Selectors, the Coach and the Club Captain, whilst junior members should inform the Junior Club Administrator if they are going to be late, or are unable to attend.
- Members must give good notice for dates when they are unable to play, e.g. holidays.
- Members must wear suitable sports wear for training and kit provided by the Club for matches, or as agreed with the coach.
- Members must pay any fees for training, matches or events promptly.
- Members are not allowed to smoke on Club premises and should not smoke whilst representing the Club at competitions.
- Members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on Club premises or whilst representing the Club.
Please remember that Haygrove School is a no smoking site
